The Task
Establish the client as a professional and reputable brand through high quality content and branding on both Facebook and Instagram. Increase the follower base to build on brand awareness and improve referral traffic from social media to the website, hence increasing both online & in store sales.
The Solution
We transformed and re-established Shoe Racks existing Facebook into the main brand page. We combined smaller store pages into one overall page for each location in Ireland. We developed best practices surrounding social media posting and content for the pages and created a content calendar for organic posting that focused on industry and seasonal trends as well as pre-approved promotions & competitions.
The Result
As a result of our social media marketing work, Shoe Rack saw website traffic from social channels greatly increased with a large bump in overall website traffic. We also grew the Facebook & Instagram audience, in some cases almost doubling their reach and followers.
