The Task
Located in the heart of Rathgar Village in Dublin, Bijou is a bistro with an outside terrace, perfect to enjoy a drink and relax with friends. Evolution Digital was approached to help provide a digital strategy to help elevate the online brand to the same high standard represented in the restaurant. Evolution Digital would increase brand awareness throughout Dublin along with footfall into the bistro itself along with increased bookings via the website & social channels.
The Result
Evolution Digital created a full digital strategy starting with a re-design and development of the Bijou website. The new website design castly improved the user experience and showcases the bistro and menus with vibrant imagery. A social media strategy was developed which focused on engaging with local residents and businesses in the area as well as the creation of specific campaigns to promote online bookings.
The Task
Brand awareness throughout Dublin was increased via Social Media, which, combined with the new website launch, saw a huge increase in business and bookings for the restaurant. Social followers greatly increase steadily over the first 4 months and website traffic increase 50%. Branding was much better and accurately represented and found to be a huge improvement through customer feedback and surveys.
